So you’re thinking about hopping on an ATV for the first time. You’re in the right place. At ATV Rentals LLC in Conroe, TX, we make your first ride smooth, safe, and packed with fun. You don’t need experience. You don’t need a special license. All you need is the urge to get outside and kick up some dust.
Let’s walk you through everything you need to know before booking your first ATV adventure with us.
Step 1: Book Online and Secure Your Spot
We like to keep things simple. Head over to our website and choose between:
- Guided ATV Tour
- Free-Will Riding
Both options start at $100/hour for a single rider. You’ll pay a $50 deposit per ATV online, and the rest is due in cash when you arrive.
Pro Tip: Weekends fill up fast. Booking ahead guarantees your spot.
Step 2: Show Up and Check In at the Trailhead
Once you arrive at Unlimited Off-Road Park in Conroe, our staff will walk you through the check-in process. Bring your ID, sign a quick waiver, and make sure you have $20 in cash per person for the park admission fee. (Kids 12 and under get in free.)
We’ll match you with your ride, help you gear up, and give you a safety briefing so you feel confident before you ever hit the trail.
Step 3: Ride!
This is the part you came for. Depending on which ride option you chose, your experience will look a little different:
Guided Tours
This is the perfect option if you’re brand new to ATVs. One of our friendly guides leads you through the park and shows you the ropes. You don’t need to worry about navigation or trail safety—we’ve got you covered.
- Great for beginners, couples, and families
- No damage deposit required
- Learn by doing, with help just ahead of you
Free-Will Riding
Already feel comfortable driving a 4-wheeler? Go with Free-Will Riding. You’ll still get the full safety briefing and trail map, but you’re in control. Explore at your own pace, pick your path, and ride like it’s your backyard.
- For riders with some experience
- $200 refundable damage deposit required
- Ride solo or with a passenger (double rider option)
Safety Reminder: Stick to marked trails, ride within your skill level, and never ride under the influence. We want you to have fun and come back safe.
What To Wear and Bring
You don’t need any fancy gear, but a few essentials will make your ride smoother:
- Long sleeves & pants (you will get muddy!)
- Closed-toe shoes (boots preferred)
- Sunglasses or goggles (helps with dust)
- Water & snacks (especially if you’re staying after to fish or chill)
- Cash (final payment and park admission are cash only)
We’ll supply helmets and handle the rest.
What the Trails Are Like
You’re not riding in circles or on a track. Our home base at Unlimited Off-Road Park offers something for every skill level:
- Muddy trails for splashing and sliding
- Forest paths with shade and twists
- Open runs to build up a little speed
- Beachside trails near water and picnic spots
It’s all marked, managed, and monitored for safety. You get the thrill without the chaos.
Extra Activities to Make a Day of It
Why stop at just riding? Our setup offers the perfect outdoor hangout:

Catch bass and catfish in our private lakes. No license needed.
☀️ Beachside BBQ Areas
Grill out, relax in the shade, and enjoy some downtime.
